ETd has built a strong reputation on consensus building and finding creative solutions that incorporate people's ideas from all ends of the spectrum. We have found that consensus building and attention to detail helps create projects that are truly unique. These projects have also been success stories because they help build communities with a strong sense of place. Much of this success has depended on using refreshing design techniques that focus on integrated systems, human scale, pedestrian friendly environments, and real world solutions. ETd utilizes a New Urbanism and Neo-Traditional Design approach in many of our projects to help accomplish this. These projects have been in the forefront of a movement to reinvent communities and make them more personal places to call home.
